Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 3-5 years in Core HR

Language: Hindi (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in core HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Indian labour laws, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with AI technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues efficiently

- Draft HR policies, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents

- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and regulations

- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement

- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration

- Utilize AI technologies to streamline HR processes

- Collaborate with various departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Core HR

- Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory)

- Thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws

- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

- Experience with AI technologies (preferred)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
