Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function for our growing e-commerce service-based organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit processes
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
• Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to promote a positive work culture

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Experience in service-based or e-commerce industry preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
