Job Summary:

The HR professional in a Facility Management firm is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations, with a strong focus on manpower planning, recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and employee relations for on-site and off-site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Manpower Management:

  • Plan and fulfill manpower requirements for housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff
  • Handle bulk hiring, site-based recruitment, and vendor coordination
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and deployment of staff to client sites

Payroll & Attendance:

  • Coordinate payroll processing based on attendance, overtime, and shifts
  • Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and replacements
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and wage compliance

Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act)
  • Maintain statutory registers and documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling
  • Manage staff welfare, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Address site-level employee issues promptly

HR Operations & Documentation:

  • Maintain employee records, files, ID cards, and contracts
  • Handle exit formalities, full & final settlement
  • Prepare HR MIS reports (manpower, attrition, compliance status)

Client & Site Coordination:

  • Coordinate with site supervisors and clients regarding manpower issues
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) related to manpower are met
  • Support audits and client inspections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management / Manpower / Contract staffing firms
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, site operations, and bulk manpower

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling 100+ on-roll / contract employees
  • Familiarity with payroll software
  • Willingness to travel to client sites

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
