Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Implement performance management, appraisals, and professional development programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to school rules, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
• Oversee residential staff operations, including accommodation, leave, and campus support.
• Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and mentoring of HR team.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and reporting for school leadership.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to enforce school rules, maintain discipline, and manage residential staff.
• Organizational, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
• Comfortable working in a residential campus environment with staff and students.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of mentoring HR team members.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/PG Diploma in HR or equivalent
• 4–10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in residential schools or educational institutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
