Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Manager with 0–3 years of experience to manage and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, while helping build a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and basic disciplinary processes
- Support performance management, appraisals, and feedback processes
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor regulations
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and workplace wellness programs
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in HR or people operations
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Preferred Skills
- MBA or Master’s degree in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in recruitment or employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with payroll and compliance processes
