HR Manager for KBG GROUP

Role Overview: To lead the end-to-end human resources function, focusing on talent acquisition for sales and project teams, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance across all property operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment for high-turnover roles (Sales Agents, ) and technical staff (Project Managers, Architect ).
• Compensation & Payroll: Manage commission-based incentive structures and ensure timely payroll for on-site and corporate staff.
• Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for workplace conflicts and foster a high-performance culture aligned with sales targets.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, RERA-related staffing requirements, and workplace safety standards
• Training: Coordinate sales training, soft skills development, and technical safety certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
