Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Manager to support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and internal HR operations. This role suits someone detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
• Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and compliance files
• Coordinate with teams for HR operations and communication
• Support company culture, engagement, and internal processes
• Assist with basic payroll coordination and monthly HR reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Prior HR experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes
