We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations across a multi-entity organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR functions in a shared services environment
- Support multiple businesses (150–200 employees)
- Serve as a change agent, driving process improvements and organizational development
- Ensure compliance, policies, and best practices
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years HR management or senior HR experience
- Multi-entity / multi-business experience required
- Shared services experience preferred
- Strong track record of driving positive change
- Strong leadership and communication skills
