Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR records management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within FMCG or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
