The HR Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations while ensuring consistency in HR practices, employee support, supervisor guidance, and operational execution. This role serves as the direct leader for HR staff across all sites and acts as the operational bridge between the CHRO and site-level HR support.
The HR Manager partners closely with the CHRO to support organizational goals, improve consistency and accountability, and ensure HR processes effectively support business operations across all locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Operations Leadership

Manage day-to-day HR operations across Georgia, Kentucky, and California locations

Provide direct leadership, guidance, and support to HR staff across all sites

Assist in developing and implementing HR processes, procedures, and operational improvements

Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR initiatives and deliverables
Supervisor & Leadership Support

Serve as a primary HR resource for supervisors and operational leadership

Provide coaching and guidance related to employee relations, performance management, communication, and policy application

Support supervisors in addressing workplace concerns and employee issues effectively and consistently

Promote accountability and leadership consistency across all locations
Employee Relations & Investigations

Support employee relations efforts across all locations

Conduct or assist with employee investigations, documentation reviews, and issue resolution

Partner with the CHRO on complex, sensitive, or high-risk employee matters

Ensure consistency in documentation, disciplinary practices, and policy application across sites

Identify trends and proactively address recurring workplace concerns
HR Team Leadership

Lead, support, and develop HR team members across all locations

Assist with training, coaching, and development of HR staff

Foster collaboration, communication, and consistency within the HR team

Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with HR staff regarding workload, priorities, and operational needs
Compliance and Process Consistency

Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws

Promote consistency in HR practices across all locations

Partner with HRIS/UKG support functions to ensure processes and workflows are properly maintained

Assist with audits, reporting, documentation reviews, and HR process administration
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or manufacturing environment

Previous experience supporting employee relations and leadership coaching

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple locations

Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred

Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws preferred
