Position Overview
The HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, company culture, performance systems, HR operations, and internal team development. The ideal candidate should understand startup culture, fast-paced environments, and modern workforce management.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end hiring processes
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes
Employee Management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance
- Handle employee concerns professionally
- Maintain healthy workplace culture and communication
- Support team motivation and retention initiatives
HR Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Manage contracts, offer letters, and HR compliance
- Coordinate payroll information with finance department
- Organize internal meetings, trainings, and evaluations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Performance & Culture
- Create employee evaluation systems
- Support leadership in setting KPIs and growth plans
- Plan team-building activities and engagement initiatives
- Maintain company culture aligned with AAM Vertex vision
- Help create a productivity-driven work environment
Administrative Support
- Assist management with organizational planning
- Coordinate office administration when required
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–4 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of recruitment and employee management
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
