Position Overview

The HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, company culture, performance systems, HR operations, and internal team development. The ideal candidate should understand startup culture, fast-paced environments, and modern workforce management.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end hiring processes
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
  • Manage onboarding and orientation processes

Employee Management

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance
  • Handle employee concerns professionally
  • Maintain healthy workplace culture and communication
  • Support team motivation and retention initiatives

HR Operations

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Manage contracts, offer letters, and HR compliance
  • Coordinate payroll information with finance department
  • Organize internal meetings, trainings, and evaluations
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Performance & Culture

  • Create employee evaluation systems
  • Support leadership in setting KPIs and growth plans
  • Plan team-building activities and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain company culture aligned with AAM Vertex vision
  • Help create a productivity-driven work environment

Administrative Support

  • Assist management with organizational planning
  • Coordinate office administration when required
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–4 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of recruitment and employee management
  • Good organizational and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
