We're looking for a skilled HR Manager to drive people operations at Sonraj Group, owning the full employee lifecycle, building a culture of compliance and care and partnering with leadership to grow a high performing organization.
Areas of Ownership
Talent & Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews and hiring coordination across all departments.
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs that set new hires up for success from day one.
- Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Payroll & People Operations
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking and leave management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain complete and current employee records, HR databases and monthly workforce reports for leadership.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers and lifecycle changes in line with company standards.
Performance & Development
- Drive the performance management cycle from goal setting, evaluations, feedback frameworks and development planning.
- Plan and coordinate training initiatives and skill-building programs that strengthen organizational capability.
- Support disciplinary processes and employee development discussions with professionalism and fairness
Policy Compliance & Employee Relations
- Maintain and regularly update HR policies, the employee handbook, contracts and internal documentation.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements and internal HR controls.
- Address employee relations matters, workplace grievances and concerns while fostering a positive environment.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Oversee office administrative functions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and staff support services.
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning, org development and operational efficiency.
- Provide regular HR insights and reporting to management to support strategic decision making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance and company policy frameworks
- Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and attendance management
- Background in employee relations, performance management and training coordination
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office and employee documentation processes
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR functions concurrently
