HR Manager - UAE

Location: Jeddah, Dubai (UAE)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and enhance all human resources functions across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, driving talent acquisition, and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end to end HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
  • Develop, implement and review HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Emiratization initiatives.
  • Manage workforce planning, HR budgeting and cost control.
  • Maintain and oversee HR ERP systems and payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the CFO to support manpower budgeting and talent pipeline management.
  • Design and deliver training and development programmes for employee growth.
  • Engage with multicultural teams and promote a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratization requirements.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with HR ERP systems and payroll administration.
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
