We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing Investment & Holding Group in Dubai.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an HR Manager
- Experience in Investment, Holding, or Group of Companies is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operations
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations
• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and engagement
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support management with strategic HR planning
