HR Manager – Construction Industry (Dubai Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a leading construction company in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the Dubai construction industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Experience handling:
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Payroll coordination
• HR policies & compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Location: Dubai, UAE
