As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function and help build a high-performing, engaged, and service-oriented workforce.
Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, workforce planning, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee performance management programs, goal-setting processes, and employee development plans
- Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs and leadership development activities
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and workforce reporting
- Advise managers and executives on HR-related matters and organizational effectiveness
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture initiatives
- Assist with occupational health, safety, and risk management programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, CHRP, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management-level responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience developing HR strategies that support organizational growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management, facilities management, commercial real estate, hospitality, or related industries
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce analytics tools
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and diverse workforces
- Knowledge of employee engagement and organizational development best practices

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
