HR Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is critical in supporting the company's growth and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee performance management and annual employee evaluations.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company regulations.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
- Support department managers with workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in creative, media, luxury, hospitality, or service-based industries.
- Experience building HR processes in a growing company.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent development.
