Recruitment & On boarding

  •  Lead end-to-end recruitment: job specification, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer process.
  •  Manage onboarding process: orientation, induction, documentation, & assimilation of new hires.
  •  Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning, forecasting and workforce analytics.
  •  Candidates with strong expertise in employee retention strategies, including engagement initiatives, motivation programs, and talent development practices to enhance workforce stability and satisfaction.
  •  Strong knowledge on Job Recruiting Portals. Employee Relations & Engagement
  •  Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on employee relations matters, grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
  •  Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programmes, team-building activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
