We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and lead our Human Resources department. This is a Full-time position based in our office in Westwood, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
* Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Support the company's growth by developing, engaging, and motivating our team.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Maintain a competitive pay and benefits programme, ensuring it is current and compliant.
* Assess training needs to apply and monitor professional development programmes.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in accordance with UK employment law.
Qualifications
* Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent people management skills and a results-driven approach.
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and familiarity with HR systems and databases.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to architect strategy.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* The competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
