About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Manager with up to 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle both HR and administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient office operations and a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate attendance, leaves, and payroll support.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Handle employee queries and HR documentation.

Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and facility requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and handle office supplies.
  • Support in organizing company meetings and events.
  • Maintain administrative files, reports, and expense logs.
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT Feild, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
