We are a growing organization looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment as well as in handling all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee all HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Support management in organizational planning and workforce development.
  • Conduct training sessions, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
