HR Manager (Call Center)

Job Description:
We are looking for HR Manager to join our call center.

This role will primarily focus on hiring and managing talent for our call center operations. If you have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for call center staff
  • Ensure a positive working environment and employee engagement
  • Conduct interviews and manage onboarding processes
  • Implement HR strategies to enhance team productivity
  • Maintain employee records and resolve HR-related issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR, particularly in recruitment or call centers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with HR software and hiring tools
