Eagle Marine is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join its growing team in Dubai / Sharjah (Hamriyah). This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong expertise in fast paced engineering, marine, or offshore environments, capable of managing end to end HR operations and driving organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and ensure UAE Labour Law compliance
• Oversee payroll coordination and leave management
• Lead performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with PRO for visas, work permits, and government documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Engineering / Marine / Offshore sectors
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
