We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager with a strong background in the UAE developer project sector to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support our expanding workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, operational, and support positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best talent is hired.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates within the developer project sector.
• Coordinate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Prepare employment documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support new hires throughout their integration into the company.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support day-to-day HR administration and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive efficient HR processes.

Requirements

• Proven HR and recruitment experience within the UAE developer project industry.
• Demonstrated success in hiring for developer, construction, engineering, and related project roles.
• Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices, labor regulations, and employment procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
