HR Manager / Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
