The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, compliance, office administration, and coordination activities. The role ensures smooth workforce management, adherence to company policies, and a positive work environment.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
Ensure HR compliance, statutory documentation, and audits
Manage recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS
Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations
Coordinate between departments for HR and administrative needs
Support in employee engagement and grievance handling
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRMS / payroll software
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
