Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, compliance, office administration, and coordination activities. The role ensures smooth workforce management, adherence to company policies, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management

  • Ensure HR compliance, statutory documentation, and audits

  • Manage recruitment coordination and onboarding processes

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS

  • Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations

  • Coordinate between departments for HR and administrative needs

  • Support in employee engagement and grievance handling

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with HRMS / payroll software

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Knowledge of labour laws and compliance

  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

Education:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
