HR Manager (Female) – Morning Shift

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Female HR Manager to manage HR functions part-time in the morning hours while supporting our teaching operations. The ideal candidate will handle HR administration, employee coordination, and support online teaching staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee communication.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with online teaching staff for scheduling, performance, and feedback.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits management.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management or administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with online tools and platforms for virtual management.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Ability to work independently and manage part-time hours effectively.
