Job Summary:
We are looking for a Female HR Manager to manage HR functions part-time in the morning hours while supporting our teaching operations. The ideal candidate will handle HR administration, employee coordination, and support online teaching staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee communication.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate with online teaching staff for scheduling, performance, and feedback.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits management.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Prepare HR reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management or administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with online tools and platforms for virtual management.
- Female candidates only.
- Ability to work independently and manage part-time hours effectively.
