HR Manager - FMCG Company

We are hiring an experienced "HR Manage for FMCG Company" to oversee and manage complete HR operations.

Location : Karachi. / Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding).
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan Labor Laws (EOBI, Social Security, Standing Orders, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Manage HR operations through **Flow HCM**.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and payroll coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in managerial role).
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with **Flow HCM**.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
