We’re a fast-growing real estate and construction firm based in Mayodan, NC, with projects ranging from leasing and property management to construction and tech support. As we grow, we need a strong HR leader to build and support the team that will take us to the next level.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Manager, your main focus will be recruiting top talent—from leasing agents and framers to tech support and admin staff. You’ll also manage everyday HR duties like employee relations, compliance, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and manage interviews
- Work with managers to hire quickly and effectively
- Onboard new employees and manage HR records
- Ensure we follow all labor laws and HR best practices
- Support company culture and team engagement
- Help plan future hiring and workforce needs
- Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements
- Help hire a Project Manager to support office/logistics operations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HR experience, especially in recruiting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in construction/real estate is a plus
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR tools
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for team-building and creating a great workplace
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
