HR MANAGER FOR RECRUITING

  • Manpower Planning
  • Identify current and future hiring needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Prepare recruitment plans and hiring budgets.
  • Job Description & Posting
  • Create clear job descriptions and role requirements.
  • Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and internal channels.
  • Candidate Sourcing
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and direct searches.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screening & Shortlisting
  • Review resumes and applications.
  • Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
  • Candidate Evaluation
  • Assess candidates’ communication skills, attitude, cultural fit, and basic competencies.
  • Share interview feedback and recommendations with management.
  • Offer & Onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary packages.
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Coordination with External Agencies
  • Liaise with recruitment consultants, job portals, and training institutes.
  • Evaluate vendor performance.
  • Process Improvement
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
  • Implement new tools or systems to improve hiring efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
