*Profile: HR Manager*

*Qualification:* MBA/BBA

*Experience:* 4–6 years

*Salary:* ₹40,000–50,000 per month

*Location:* Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad

*Office Timing:* 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

*Week Off:* Sunday

*Industry:* Textile

*Gender Preference:* Both

*Note: Candidates from Apparel/Garments background will be preferred.*

*Skills:*

1. Proficient in HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory documentation

2. Experienced in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes

3. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA)

4. Ability to implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance-driven processes

*Responsibilities:*

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

2. Maintain attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing.

3. Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives.

4. Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and statutory record maintenance.

5. Assist in performance appraisals, training, and HR reporting.
