Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a dynamic, people-centered, and strategic leader to join our fast-growing, entrepreneurial Healthcare organization as an HR Manager.
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across multiple healthcare locations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while driving a positive and consistent employee experience. This role includes managing benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and hiring, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will partner closely with site leadership to address workforce needs, reduce turnover, and support a culture that reflects organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for multiple sites, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment, eligibility, and vendor relations.

Lead recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard talent across clinical and non-clinical roles.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as healthcare-specific HR requirements (e.g., credentialing, licensure verification).

Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution with fairness, discretion, and alignment to company policy.

Develop and implement retention strategies to address turnover, including stay interviews, career pathing support, and employee engagement surveys.

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and site-level events to foster connection, recognition, and team culture.

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews, ensuring consistency across locations.

Partner with leadership to roll out HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and applied consistently across sites.

Maintain and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, vacancy rates, and employee satisfaction to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification highly preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial HR role supporting multiple sites; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, and other healthcare compliance standards.

Demonstrated experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and full-cycle recruitment.

Proven ability to manage employee engagement programs, recognition events, and culture-building initiatives.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and serve as a strategic partner to leaders and staff.

Highly organized, data-driven, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Willingness to travel between sites as needed
