Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an HR Manager. Client would also be interested in reviewing experienced HR Sr. Generalists in Healthcare ready for their next move to a leadership role. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the human resources function across a multi-site healthcare clinic organization with approximately 400+ employees. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives, overseeing benefits and 401(k) administration, managing a team of HR Generalists, and ensuring consistent and compliant HR operations. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping employee experienceranging from onboarding and recognition programs to employee eventswhile also handling recruitment, employee relations, and disciplinary processes in partnership with clinic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to HR Generalists supporting multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistency in HR practices across sites.

Oversee benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans, serving as the primary liaison with benefit providers.

Develop, organize, and lead employee engagement programs and clinic-wide events to strengthen culture, recognition, and team morale.

Manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires, ensuring an engaging and compliant orientation process that integrates employees into the culture effectively.

Partner with leadership to support recruitment efforts by overseeing job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding for clinical and administrative roles.

Address and resolve employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with company policy and employment law.

Administer performance management processes including coaching, corrective action, and annual employee evaluations.

Monitor and track HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, including healthcare-specific HR requirements.

Collaborate with leadership to define and roll out HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.

Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to managers and employees across multiple sites
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification such as SHRM-CP/PHR preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a multi-site HR manager or leadership capacity; healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in benefits and 401(k) administration.

Strong background in employee engagement initiatives, event planning, and creating meaningful employee experiences.

Direct experience managing employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations.

Proven ability to lead and develop HR staff while supporting a multi-site workforce.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.) and HR compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Highly organized, resourceful, and able to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day HR operations.

Willingness to travel periodically between clinic sites
