Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a healthcare setup to manage end-to-end HR operations within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR processes in a clinical and non-clinical workforce setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical roles
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
• Handle duty rosters, manpower planning, and workforce allocation
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.)
• Manage performance management (KRA, KPI, appraisals)
• Address employee grievances and disciplinary processes
• Conduct training & development and competency mapping
• Support HR audits, documentation, and compliance processes
• Maintain HR records, HRMS databases, and MIS reports
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources Management (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience
• Preferably from hospital / healthcare / Ayurveda sector
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR operations
• Experience in recruitment, payroll inputs, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management ability

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience in hospital HR operations
• Exposure to NABH documentation and audits
• Hands-on experience in HRMS/ERP systems
• Experience handling clinical and non-clinical staff
