HR Manager / HR Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager/HR Executive to oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have UAE HR experience and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the point of contact for HR inquiries and employee support.
  • Handle conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for accurate monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure adjustments, overtime, deductions, and benefits are correctly recorded.

Compliance & HR Documentation

  • Maintain employee files, records, and HR management systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Handle visa renewals, EID renewals, labour contracts, and insurance processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.

Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and KPI evaluations.
  • Identify training needs and arrange training sessions for employees.
  • Assist management in developing HR policies and improving processes.

Administrative Support

  • Draft official letters, memos, circulars, warnings, and notices.
  • Coordinate with departments for HR operations and updates.
  • Manage general administrative tasks related to HR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a travel agency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Professional, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
