Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR Operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act).
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies & SOPs.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate performance management system (PMS) and appraisal cycles.
  • Support recruitment activities and workforce planning as required.
  • Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
  • Support training & development initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations & Compliance
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws
  • Experience with HRMS / Payroll systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
