Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies & SOPs.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance management system (PMS) and appraisal cycles.
- Support recruitment activities and workforce planning as required.
- Conduct HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
- Support training & development initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations & Compliance
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws
- Experience with HRMS / Payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
