Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing internal HR operations while contributing to the development of HR advisory services for clients. This role combines operational excellence with structured HR thinking, ensuring compliance, organizational efficiency, and scalable HR systems. The successful candidate must be capable of handling daily HR management while demonstrating analytical ability to support HR consulting assignments.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the digitization of the HR Division, improving automation, documentation, and HR system efficiency.
- Develop, advise on, and implement HR policies aligned with corporate growth strategy.
- Support organizational structuring and workforce planning initiatives.
- Plan, implement, and disseminate company culture initiatives.
- Lead internal culture-building and engagement programs.
- Plan and implement in house social events and employee engagement activities.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and administer employee programs including compensation, benefits, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and government coordination.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Review and update HR Manual and company work rules.
- Maintain and optimize HRMS systems (Zoho preferred).
- Manage staffing recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop structured recruitment and evaluation frameworks.
- Conduct onboarding and assist in organizing training & development initiatives.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and implementing new benefits and team building initiatives.
- Support workforce retention and employee satisfaction strategies.
- Operate and continuously improve HR appraisal systems.
- Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs and measurable goals.
- Monitor performance outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Support performance review processes and training sessions.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including complaints and conflict resolution.
- Provide support to employees on various HR related topics.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Ensure disciplinary procedures align with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR advisory assignments for internal and client needs.
- Contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Develop structured HR documentation and compliance guidelines.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics such as time to hire and turnover rate.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management and clients for decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Experience in payroll and visa administration.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- MBA in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- SHRM CP required; SHRM SCP or CIPD highly preferred.
- Experience in HR advisory or consulting assignments.
- Exposure to salary benchmarking or compensation analysis.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law (preferred).
