Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire HR function for the company (India & global offices).
• Lead recruitment & talent acquisition – job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
• Draft HR documents – employment contracts, job descriptions, onboarding guides, and SOPs.
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement, team-building, and cultural celebrations.
• Handle HR operations – employee records, leaves, payroll coordination, travel, and expense processing.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Partner with leadership on organizational development & L&D initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–8 years’ experience in a senior HR role (preferably in a global or fast-paced organization).
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws & best practices.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work across time zones (occasional late/early meetings for global hiring).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human resources management: 3 years (Preferred)
