HR Manager - Hyderabad- Software Company

We are looking to hire ​Manager- HR, who has energetic and passionate about the work and has good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor End to End Recruitment Activities & HR Policies.

2. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

3. Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

3.Oversees all HR functions including Recruitment and talent management.

4.Manages employee relations, ensures legal compliance, and fosters a positive workplace culture by leading the HR Team.

5. Monthly Employee Turnover & Attrition.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in HR

2. Languages: English

3. Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs (Software Company Exp)

4. Critical thinker and good problem-solver

5. Should have Good Communication skills
