HR Manager (Immediate joiner)

Job Description: Human Resources

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate coordination and induction.

2. Prepare and maintain all HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.

3. Ensure timely asset allocation to employees, including laptops and creation of official email IDs.

4. Maintain and track employee attendance and provide accurate inputs to the accounts team for payroll processing.

5. Coordinate and follow up with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursement for all employees.

6. Liaise with the sales team to collect, verify, and process expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement.

7. Ensure disbursement of medical insurance benefits, sales incentives, and GRAB policy benefits in accordance with company policies.

8. Handle administrative and office-related tasks as and when required to support smooth office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
