- Compliance & Legal Framework – Ensuring adherence to labour laws, factory regulations, and industrial safety norms.
- Handling Legal Cases & Compliance Issues – Managing disputes, labor law violations, workplace accidents, and other legal matters while coordinating with legal teams.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Managing grievances, disputes, and negotiations with unions to maintain industrial peace.
- Health & Safety – Implementing workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.
- Performance & Productivity Enhancement – Developing policies that boost employee efficiency and engagement.
- Compensation & Benefits – Structuring fair wages, incentives, and welfare programs in line with industry standards.
- Union & Collective Bargaining – Facilitating discussions between management and labor unions to ensure fair agreements.
- Policy Implementation – Establishing HR policies that align with business goals while safeguarding employee rights.
Candidate Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Must have prior experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- Legal Compliance Expertise: Should have worked on legal compliance matters related to labour laws and industrial regulations.
- Legal Case Management: Must have handled legal cases related to workforce disputes, safety violations, and labour contracts.
- Industrial Relations Knowledge: Should possess strong expertise in industrial relations, including union management and collective bargaining.
