Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing the employee lifecycle, strengthening employee relations, and supporting business growth through effective human resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Support current and future business needs through employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and fill open positions.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high employee performance.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and provide decision-making support using HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience in Jewellery or Retail industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
