We’re hiring an HR Manager for our Pakistan office (Karachi). Someone seasoned and steady. Someone who has worked with real brands and teams, ideally with experience collaborating with a US-based company. That’s a bonus. Not a deal-breaker.

This role is not just paperwork and attendance sheets. It’s about helping the team stay aligned, supported, accountable, and excited to show up every day.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the heartbeat behind daily operations, including:

  • Keeping Monday.com updated across all departments, tracking delivery timelines and task ownership.
  • Following up with managers and team members when deadlines shift or goals aren’t met, and helping resolve roadblocks.
  • Working closely with our USA-based HR Head.
  • Strengthening a healthy office culture where people feel heard, respected, and valued.
  • Managing attendance, payroll, bonuses, and commission structures.
  • Running recruitment: pre-screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
  • Planning company events, celebrations, team-building activities, and maintaining team morale.
  • Creating and managing employment documentation, letters, and records.
  • Hiring smart, firing fairly, and building a strong backbone for the company.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Graduate degree in HR or related field
  • Experience working for a brand (bonus if the brand is US-based)
  • Organized, proactive, and confident communicator
  • Someone who loves people and understands accountability
  • Comfortable giving feedback respectfully and privately
  • Strong project-tracking mindset

Karachi, Pakistan (onsite role)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Do you have experience managing HR functions for a brand or corporate company (not agency/freelance HR)?
  • Do you have experience handling payroll, attendance, and performance evaluations?
  • Have you worked directly with department managers to track project deadlines, KPIs, and accountability?

  • Do you have experience with recruitment and interviewing candidates end-to-end?
  • Are you available to occasionally travel internationally for meetings or conferences if required?

  • Rate your English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) on a scale of 1–10.
