Looking for HR Manager for an upcoming Multispecialty Hospital

Location: Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal-Shahpura

Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM | Work Days: Monday–Saturday

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced HR professional with 4-6 years of experience, only from healthcare or pharma background.

Culture building & policy development

Managing HR operations and team management

Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills

A go-getter attitude & flexibility to meet deadlines

Ability to handle a team & a team player

Good Communication Skills both Verbal & Written

Skilled in Excel, MIS, team handling, salary negotiation, and employee

The hospital will be fully functional from March onwards but the HR is an immediate requirement.
