We are seeking a strategic HR & Operations Manager to drive end-to-end HR operations while also leading franchise finalization, school integrated program (SIP) finalization, and lead management to support rapid expansion.
This role blends HR leadership with business development oversight, ensuring strong manpower planning, policy implementation, and conversion of business leads into successful franchises or school tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR & Operations Leadership
Design and execute HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks to support franchise growth and school partnerships.
Forecast manpower needs and recruitment strategies for new franchisees and SIPs.
Drive end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, performance management, and compliance.
Lead HR audits, employee engagement initiatives, and culture alignment across franchises and schools.
2. Franchise Development & Finalization
Manage and convert franchise leads from inquiry to final agreement.
Coordinate with prospective franchise partners on HR, manpower, and operational requirements.
Negotiate and finalize franchise contracts in collaboration with leadership.
Develop HR support systems for smooth onboarding and training of franchise staff.
3. School Integrated Program (SIP) Finalization
Oversee lead collection and conversion for school tie-ups.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with school managements.
Finalize SIP agreements and ensure HR planning (faculty recruitment, onboarding, compliance) for partner schools.
Build long-term HR strategies for SIP to ensure retention and performance of academic staff.
4. Lead Management & Collections
Create systems to collect, track, and analyze leads from multiple channels (digital, events, references).
Build and manage a lead database for franchises and SIPs.
Monitor and drive conversion ratios for franchise finalization and school partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and follow-up strategies.
Key Requirements:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR/Business Management (Tier-1/Tier-2 preferred).Experience: 8–12 years of HR leadership and business development experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in franchise development, lead conversion, or education/ed-tech sector growth.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and multi-location workforce management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in business development, franchise setup, or education-sector HR.
Strong data-driven approach to HR and lead analytics.
Expertise in closing high-value partnerships (franchise or institutional).
Ability to design HR playbooks and training modules for franchise operations.
Other Qualities:
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scaling operations and maximizing lead conversions.
Willingness to travel for franchise finalizations, school negotiations, and HR audits.
High integrity and ability to maintain a balance between business goals and people-
centric policies.
