Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle core HR functions including recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and site HR coordination for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and site roles
• Handle payroll, compliance, and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance
• Address employee grievances and support performance reviews
• Drive training, development, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA in HR
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate/construction industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and people management skills
