What You Bring:

• 5+ years in HR, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, etc.
• Industry experience in escrow, real estate, title, lending is preferred
• Ability to engage passive candidates and maintain long-term talent relationships
• Knowledge of California HR laws
• Able to balance empathy with accountability
• Familiarity with EOS is a plus

Foundation Escrows Contribution to You:

• Salary: $80k-$120k/yr

We work with local San Diego real estate agents and loan officers and can close transactions throughout all of California.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
