Job description

The HR Manager – Recruitment is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, managing hiring workflows, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies).
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA in HR preferred.

3 years of experience in recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
