Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment, headhunting, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, hiring, employee relations, performance management, and terminations. This role requires a proactive professional with proven expertise in sourcing top talent and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective headhunting strategies to attract high-quality candidates for key roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
2. HR Operations:
- Oversee daily HR functions including employee records, attendance, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance management processes including appraisals and feedback systems.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Disciplinary Actions & Terminations:
- Handle disciplinary procedures, warnings, and employee terminations in a professional and compliant manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to legal and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR, with strong expertise in recruitment and headhunting.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for various roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
